From his century-old vineyard that extends over the contours and surroundings of the village of Tournissan, in the Corbières, Didier Roux creates 7 different wines. First, the one he defines as "the soul of the country", the Carignan that he offers in white or red, Terres Froides, a rosé from Fersarvadou, a Pinot noir, a Merlot Syrah and his house blend based on Syrah, Grenache and Carignan that he named in a nod to his two sons, the Domaine Pierre Guillaume and finally a Carthagène refined for 4 years.
